The 2009 AHC Summer Sports Program
|
|
The AHC Summer Program The Academy of the Holy Cross summer program provides
athletes with great opportunities to fine tune their individual skills while
working with others. This is accomplished through peer and coach assistance and
healthy competition in a fun and energetic environment. During the school year,
AHC participates in one of the most competitive high school leagues in the
nation, the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC). Holy Cross strives
to provide summer camps with the same amount of enthusiasm, energy, and
education as shown during the year. Attendance at any one of our summer sports
camps will improve skills, insight, and pure love of the game.

AHC’s Kid’s Kamp serves as the cornerstone to a young athlete's fundamental
skill development and future athletic success. This is accomplished by
introducing her to an array of different sports and activities in a fun and
energetic atmosphere. The Kid’s Kamp is for girls ages 5-10. Depending on
the number of campers, the group will be broken down into smaller groups by
age (5-7 & 8-10) in order to better teach and entertain your child. Kid's
Kamp is a great convenience for younger sisters who are not at the same age
or skill as their siblings. Campers try their hand at a variety of different
team sports as well as play with water balloons, have scooter races, and
many other fun activities |
