Search Committee meets with stakeholder/constituent groups to determine their perspectives regarding the needs of the school and the characteristics of an ideal candidate

Application Process

Education Strategies, Inc. conducts preliminary screening of candidates

Preparation for Interviews

Search Committee determines candidates to be interviewed

Interview and Selection Process

 

Search Committee interviews candidates and recommends top candidates to the Board of Trustees

Top candidates visit with key school administrators

Board of Trustees recommends candidates to the Leadership Team of  the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross

Leadership Team selects candidate

Board of Trustees offers position to selected individual
