The Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is the school’s most important source of revenue other than student tuition. It is a vital part of the annual operating budget, bridging the gap between tuition revenue and actual operating expenses. Donations to the Annual Fund benefit every part of the school’s day-to-day operations including student programs, technology initiatives, campus maintenance and improvements, faculty salaries and professional development, and student financial aid.
Like all independent schools, the Academy relies on the support of the entire AHC community to make a Holy Cross education possible. Thanks to the generosity of alumnae, parents, grandparents, friends, faculty, staff, corporations and foundations, the Academy will continue to be one of the premier Catholic girls’ schools in the Washington area.
The Annual Fund is the perfect opportunity to express your appreciation to a favorite administrator, teacher or coach by making a gift in that person’s name or honor. Memorial gifts are also a meaningful way to support the Academy while remembering a loved one.
