Friday, August 26
8:00 am-12:30 pm
NO uniform is required this day. Students should bring iPads.
Lunch provided.

Class of 2020

Wednesday, August 24 – 8:00 am-2:00 pm
Uniform required. Students should bring iPads.
Lunch provided.

Thursday, August 25 – 8:00 am-2:00 pm
Freshman Retreat in the morning.
Uniform required. Students should bring iPads.
Lunch provided.

Friday, August 26 – 8:00 am-12:30 pm
All-school Orientation Day.
NO uniform required. 
Lunch provided. Students should bring iPads.

Transfer and new International Students (non-Freshmen):

Thursday, August 25 – 8:00-11:30 am
Uniform required. Students should bring iPads.
Lunch provided. 

Friday, August 26 – 8:00 am-12:30 pm
All-school Orientation Day.

Health Forms

All Freshmen and Transfer students, as well as student athletes trying out for fall sports, must have all appropriate health forms submitted by Monday, August 1. These are available under “Useful Forms” in the Parent Portal

Paperwork can be returned in one of three ways:

  • Bring hardcopy forms to the front Receptionist's desk on campus. Mark envelope to the attention of Nurse Kathleen Clark or Athletic Trainer Dena Rapoport
  • Mail hardcopy forms to Holy Cross to the attention of Nurse Kathleen Clark or Athletic Trainer Dena Rapoport
  • Email PDF forms to Nurse Kathleen Clark or Athletic Trainer Dena Rapoport.

Login to the Parent Portal by clicking on Community Login on the home page of the Holy Cross website. Explore the school Calendar, useful forms, and announcements.

Login to NetClassroom and view your daughter’s schedule beginning Monday, July 25

Login to the Student Portal with your daughter by clicking on Community Login on the home page of the Holy Cross website.

Check with your daughter that she can login to her Holy Cross email account.

Review the Student/Parent Directory to ensure your family information is correct.

If you’ve already completed the parking application form, pick-up parking sticker between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm in the Attendance Office on August 24 or August 25.

Health Forms for New Students and Student Athletes are due on Monday, August 1.

Review the course book list (available Tuesday, July 26).

Check your daughter’s uniform items and replace anything too small or worn out.

Beginning Monday, August 15:

Read through the Holy Cross Student Handbook with your daughter.

Complete the electronic sign-off form for the Student Handbook.

Student Email Migration

Update: Friday, August 5, 2016

All families have been sent instructions for new Holy Cross email accounts (NAME@academyoftheholycross.org). The email was sent to one or both parents depending on the household. These instructions include a unique temporary password for each student and how to reset the temporary password.

All mail content has been migrated to new accounts from the @ahctartans.net accounts.

Details about accessing Google Drive content from the @ahctartans.net account will be available during school orientation.

Please contact the Tech Team at support@academyoftheholycross.org if any assistance is needed with accessing The Academy of the Holy Cross Google account.

Student Parking Information

Students who have already submitted their parking application forms may pick up their parking stickers on Wednesday, August 24 or Thursday, August 25 between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm from Mr. Mathews in the Attendance Office. Any other questions about parking should be addressed to: cmathews@academyoftheholycross.org.
