2017 Fall Sports Tryout Information

IMPORTANT REQUIRED INFORMATION 

All athletes trying out for winter sports need to turn in the following paperwork prior to tryouts:

NOTE: Forms are located on the Parent and Student Portals under Useful Forms. All paperwork for fall tryouts can be turned in one of three ways: (1) dropped off at the front desk with attention to Ms. Clark or Ms. Rapoport, (2) email a PDF of the forms to Ms. Clark or Ms. Rapoport, or (3) send forms in an email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Baseline Impact Testing is REQUIRED for all incoming freshman and rising juniors wishing to participate in fall sports.  If you have been previously diagnosed with a concussion you will need to speak to the athletic trainer separately. The following sports require a baseline Impact test prior to tryouts on August 15: Field Hockey, Equestrian, Soccer, and Volleyball.

**All Athletes should schedule a testing time prior to August 15.  Impact tests are good for two years from the date of test.  Please contact Holy Cross Athletic Trainer, Dena Rapoport, in the Athletic Training Room to schedule a testing time from the list of dates below or if you have any questions regarding ImPact testing or the physical forms. We ask that each student athlete arrive five minutes early for their designated appointment time.

Testing for Fall Sports will be held in the Holy Cross computer lab at 11:00 am or 1:00 pm on the following days:
