The Adrenaline Dance Team
To be a successful candidate for the Adrenaline Dance Team, the student must express an interest in competitive dance, possess a high level of dance training, be willing to serve as a dance captain (if needed), believe in the necessity of a serious work ethic, and maintain academic eligibility.
Mission Statement:
The Academy of the Holy Cross Adrenaline Dance Team provides the school community with dance enrichment opportunities and the local community with professional quality entertainment/community service projects.
Membership Status:
In order to maintain active membership status in the Adrenaline Dance Team, the student must meet the following requirements:

Pay $10 annual membership fee

Attend the mandatory rehearsals (see schedule below)

Audition/Participate in one musical in the performing arts department per year
4
Attend all competitive events, public performances, and concerts
Membership is attained through formal auditions and consistent participation in performing arts events. If a student misses more than two of the mandatory rehearsals FOR ANY REASON, then the student will no longer be considered an active member of the dance team and will be replaced.

Being an active member of the Adrenaline Dance Team automatically makes you eligible for many opportunities that are not available to other students, such as the following:
