To provide every student that attends The Academy
of the Holy Cross with the opportunity to utilize the arts as a valuable
learning tool in order to enrich their personal lives and contribute to
their academic success.
All positions are awarded through the interview process and are based on student leadership abilities and production experience. All student leaders are expected to recruit, train, and maintain working crews in their area of responsibility. Student leaders work under the direction of the Producer, Director, and Technical Director. Although these people delegate many duties to student leaders, they do not delegate their authority. Student leaders should be sure that actions and decisions are carried out in concurrence with the adult production staff.
