Construction is well underway on the new 20,000 square foot Athletic and Wellness Center at the Academy of the Holy Cross. This transformative project, made possible through the incredible generosity of our community, represents far more than bricks and beams - it’s an investment in our students’ well-being, growth, and school spirit.

As work moves forward, we want to ensure that all families are prepared for some on-campus changes.
Expect increased construction activity, temporary shifts in parking and traffic flow, and adjusted access points throughout the project timeline.
While there may be a few detours, the destination is worth it. We’ll continue to provide updates and reminders to help keep everyone informed and ensure daily life at Holy Cross runs smoothly and safely.

The Athletic and Wellness Center will Feature:

- Bleacher seating for 400+ supporters
- A fully equipped fitness center
- Modern locker rooms and team facilities
- An outdoor bocce court and new practice field

This new center isn’t just about competition - it’s about community. It will serve as a vibrant hub for athletics, wellness programs, school events, and student life, empowering every girl to thrive physically, emotionally, and socially.

Through partnerships with the architects and builders, students are already engaging with the project as part of their academic experience - exploring topics in design, architecture, and project management in real time.
