Welcome New Families

Make your doctor appointments now, because summer appointment times fill up quickly! This zip file below has all of the forms you need to take to your healthcare provider to get filled out if you need them before you access Magnus Health.  (Annual Physical Health Form, Immunization Record, Medication Form for Advil, Tylenol or any other mediation to be taken while at school). Please get any other forms filled out if applicable to your student.  Once completed, you will upload all forms to Magnus.

*Please note: 

Your Magnus Health MUST be initialized thru PowerSchool before July 1st.  Once initialized, you will then be able to access it directly or through PowerSchool. PowerSchool will be shut down for maintenance July 1st, and will reopen later in July.

All student health information is stored in Magnus Health.

All NEW students (freshman and transfer) are required to submit a complete Immunization Record as required by the State of Maryland before August 1. 


The Academy of the Holy Cross does not accept religious exemptions for required immunizations.
