For questions regarding medical requirements or Magnus Health forms procedure, contact Lindsay Yates, Athletic Trainer/Assistant Athletic Director lyates@academyoftheholycross.org. To be eligible for tryouts, students must have all required medical documentation submitted via Magnus by August 1, 2026.

All summer assignments are due on the first day of class. 

Summer Assignments 

The online bookstore will open 7/17. Please review the informational flyer with the website, log in information, dates, etc.

Digital materials are not eligible for refunds so we recommend parents don’t purchase if there’s any chance their daughter will change classes (from one period to another is fine but if they change actual subjects, the books will likely be different) before the last schedule change day which is 9/11 (2 weeks after school starts).

All families are required to log into Magnus Health and complete the Student Health Tracker Requirements for the 2026-2027 school year. 

In order to participate in ANY school activities, all Magnus Health requirements must be 100% complete by the following deadlines: August 1st.

Returning families, next time you access Magnus Health, you will need to login directly to Magnus Health at magnushealth.com. 

(Returning families, please click on “Having trouble logging in?” if you need to retrieve or update your Magnus Health login). 

This direct sign-on to Magnus Health will allow for faster and year-long access for parents/guardians.

New families will receive an email from Magnus Health in the next few days with login instructions.

For New Incoming Students

All student health information is managed through Magnus Health. To participate in any Summer 2026 arts or athletic programs, August athletic tryouts, or New Student Orientation, students must be 100% compliant with all Magnus Health requirements by the applicable deadline.

Parents/guardians may log in directly to Magnus Health.

Please look for an “Account Created” email from Magnus Health on Wednesday, May 13th. This email will include login instructions and information on how to access your account.

All students receive will  their assigned locker and combination at all school orientation on August 24. 

Only Seniors and Juniors are permitted to park on campus. To apply for a parking space, you must submit:

• A completed parking application form
   
• A copy of your valid driver’s license (learner’s permits will not be accepted)
   
• The $200 parking fee (non-refundable)

All application materials must be submitted by Friday, August 14, 2026. Once all spots are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list. 

Students who earn their driver's license after the August 14 deadline may still apply for a parking pass during the school year. Passes will be issued on a rolling basis as long as spaces remain available; if the lot is full, students will be added to the waiting list.

• Applications submitted during the first semester: $200.00
   
• Students licensed after first semester: $100.00 (if spaces are still available)

If you need a transcript during the summer, please allow additional processing time, as school offices operate on a reduced summer schedule. To request a transcript, please complete the Transcript Request Form. We will process requests as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
