Student and Parent Handbook Agreement Form

We (parent/guardian and student) uphold the mission of The Academy of the Holy Cross. We agree that we will abide by the policies, procedures, and regulations set forth in the 2025-2026 Student Handbook, including the Code of Conduct (listed below), Acceptable Use Policy and Public Relations policy, as well as any policies and procedures made known to parents and students in regular publications and announcements made by the Academy.

Code of Conduct Acknowledgment:

As a community rooted in the core values of academic honesty, integrity, and personal responsibility, The Academy of the Holy Cross requires all students to commit to upholding the standards set forth in our Code of Conduct stated below:

“I pledge on my honor to uphold my community’s core values of academic honesty, integrity, and responsibility. On my honor, this assignment was completed without any unauthorized assistance on this assignment/examination.”

By signing the Parent-Student Handbook, both the student and her parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge their understanding of the Code of Conduct and affirm their agreement to support and uphold its principles throughout the academic year. This acknowledgment signifies a shared commitment to fostering a community of trust, respect, and accountability.
