Medical Paperwork for Tryouts
In order to tryout for a sport, each student must have all documentation submitted via Magnus. The deadline for submission is August 1, 2023. The medical staff at Holy Cross is aware that the physical examination is good for 365 days, so if your daughter has a physical scheduled for after August 1st, please inform Kathleen Clark or Lindsay Yates (AHC Trainer).
Baseline Concussion Test
All Students are required to have a new concussion test. There is a page of instructions on Magnus, for how to set up an account with XLNTBrain, and complete the baseline concussion test.
All medical forms must be submitted to Magnus BEFORE August 1.
