Class of 2026 Recognized with Scholarships

Congratulations to the members of the incoming Class of 2026 who are recipients of the Sancta Crux Scholarship, Gillespie STEM Scholarship, Performing Arts Scholarship, and Visual Arts Scholarship.

Sancta Crux Scholars:

Sancta Crux Scholars are recognized as incoming freshmen with exceptional academic achievement and potential. During this four-year program, Holy Cross will foster the intellectual growth of these extraordinary young women and help embrace and develop their gifts. Scholars must take four honors-equivalent classes each semester and maintain a 3.5 weighted grade point average throughout the program. Sancta Crux Scholars receive a $5,000 tuition four-year scholarship.

Gillespie STEM Scholars:
Gillespie STEM Scholars are recognized as incoming freshmen who have demonstrated an aptitude for science and math with a sincere interest in the field of engineering. The Gillespie STEM Scholarship is a special distinction within the Sancta Crux Scholars Program. The program is named in honor of Mother Angela Gillespie, C.S.C. an American foundress of the Sisters of the Holy Cross, who strongly believed in full educational rights for women, and championed the introduction of advanced courses in science and higher mathematics during her tenure as provincial superior. Gillespie STEM Scholars receive a $5,000 four-year tuition scholarship.
