Volleyball All-Met Player of the Year and Honorable Mention

The Washington Post has named Emerson “Emmi” Sellman the 2022 All-Met Player of the Year for volleyball. The Post noted, “Sellman accounted for more than half of her team’s offense throughout the season and was the go-to player to put the ball down.”

Emmi plans to play at Ohio State University (NCAA Division I). She was recently named WCAC All-Conference First Team Player of the Year and was an All-Met First Team athlete in 2021. Last summer she played for the USA Volleyball 2022 Girls U19 National Training Team.

Jaylyn Simon ’24 was selected as an All-Met Honorable Mention for volleyball. She was recognized as All-WCAC Second Team in 2021.
