  • Head Coach

    Coach Katrina Dodd joined AHC in 2014 as the Varsity Equestrian Coach. She is from Norway and has lived in the United States since 2004.

    Coach Dodd has been involved with riding and teaching since she was 8 years old, currently teaching at Waredaca Farm in Laytonsville. At Waredaca Farm she coaches Pony Club, GWU riding club as well as AHC Varsity Team. 
    She is an ACI for CHA which is a worldwide organisation for certifying Instructors.

    Coach Dodd is very excited for the upcoming Equestrian season!

Winter Sports Recognition

On Thursday, March 7, Holy Cross recognized athletes who played on winter sports teams. Each coach presented Most Valuable Player, Most Improved Player, and Tartan awards during the main program and gave individual recognitions in breakout gatherings. Holy Cross especially recognized Coach Kyran Kennedy, who built the Ice Hockey program at Holy Cross beginning in 2011. Athletic Director Dena Rapoport noted that 272 Holy Cross girls have played on the Ice Hockey team. In 2016 the Ice Hockey team won the MAGHL and this year the team took second place in the inaugural WCAC Ice Hockey Championship.
