The Difference We Make - The Campaign for Holy Cross - was kicked off in January 2014 to dramatically improve the Holy Cross campus by addressing our most critical needs. Renovations included providing air conditioning in the Carol Ann Hook Mikules ’63 Student Commons and auditorium, replacing the roof on the 1956 building, constructing a dance studio, developing a state-of-the art Student Technology & Creativity Center, and installing the new, long-awaited synthetic turf softball and multipurpose athletic fields.
The Academy is blessed with a beautiful campus; however, the classroom building is now well over 60 years old and although well-maintained, critical improvements are necessary for the comfort and well-being of the entire Holy Cross community. Renovating two student bathrooms during the summer successfully closed The Difference We Make Campaign.
Empowering Strong Girls
The Difference We Make Campaign initiatives have enabled the Academy to expand our programs by enhancing our facilities.
Not only are our girls excelling on the playing fields and on the stage, but they are also technologically more advanced than students from competing schools.
Our International Baccalaureate, advanced placement, and dual enrollment/dual credit partnership with Marymount University allow our girls to stretch their academic skills and reach their highest potential.
Our girls value their Catholic education and are confident and responsible young women who are prepared for the challenges of college.
